Our approach
We offer a truly complete interior design service and work with carefully selected and dependable partners to supply the very best fabrics, wallpapers, soft furnishings, furniture, carpets and floor coverings.
Our service is genuinely bespoke and we work closely with our clients to understand their tastes and aspirations rather than selling a “Lyndsey Savery look”.
We design and create timeless, beautiful interiors in both traditional and modern styles and would love to hear from you if you’re planning a new look for your home, big or small, wherever it is.
Our Story
Lyndsey Savery took over the business of JJ Luckett & Son in 2013.
JJ Luckett & Son was itself originally founded over 60 years ago by John Luckett and quickly established itself as one of the leading interior design practices in the Cotswolds. We now work in London and across the UK as well as in Europe.
We’ve grown almost entirely by word of mouth and our reputation for creating beautiful and timeless interiors.
We continue the tradition of manufacturing as much as possible on site in our own workshops and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This enables us to create unique interiors which reflect the tastes and lifestyles of our clients.
Our Showroom
We love clients to visit us at our showroom, where we have probably the largest selection of fabrics outside London, as well as samples of carpets and flooring.
The showroom is spacious, friendly and inspirational with a huge variety of pattern books to choose from, with our guidance and help when required.
Our showroom and workshop are based in Broadway, the heart of the Cotswolds. We have dedicated parking for clients.
Our Workshop
We are one of only a few interior design services to have our own specialist workshop in our studio for making up curtains and doing all our own upholstery work.
We work to the highest possible standards of traditional craftsmanship.
We control the entire process with careful attention to detail and this enables us to deliver on time to exacting standards.
Lyndsey Savery
Lyndsey began her interior design career in London in the early nineties. She worked for a team of highly experienced designers at Charles Hammond, assisting in a variety of projects around the world. In 1994 Lyndsey graduated with a diploma from The Inchbald School of Design and then worked for a year with Abbott and Boyd at London’s Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, giving her a unique insight into the availability of furnishing fabrics worldwide.
Twelve years ago, Lyndsey moved to the beautiful Cotswold countryside to work with J.J.Luckett & Son designing and furnishing top end domestic interiors locally, in London and following clients all over the world from their Gloucestershire homes.
Lucketts have enjoyed a long standing and enviable reputation for work of the highest quality. Lyndsey has taken over this business and is building on this reputation with interior schemes both large and small.
Although the name has changed, everything is still manufactured in the workshops on site and fitted for clients on completion.
Lyndsey Savery warmth, flare and experience will give you confidence, whatever design project you have in mind.
